Yes - with the right expectations. Odaiba is modern Tokyo by the bay: malls, the Gundam, a waterfront and great night views, not history or old-town charm. It's excellent with kids, on a rainy day, or for a sunset over the Rainbow Bridge. If you're after traditional Japan, this isn't it - but as an easy, fun half-day (and a teamLab base), it delivers.
Yes for a modern, family-friendly bayside half-day - the Gundam, malls, waterfront and a great sunset over the Rainbow Bridge. It's not traditional Japan, so set expectations accordingly. Excellent in the rain or with kids.
Very - it's flat, mostly covered, and packed with kid-friendly attractions and a beach, making it one of Tokyo's easiest family outings.
